The Builder Advantage  Our Builder Advantage program provides affiliated builders/developers with the most cost effective means to market new construction homes. It allows you, as a builder/developer, to freely take advantage of our well established real estate marketing program(s) - and even use our licensed agents as your onsite sales staff.
The Builders Advantage program is specifically designed to promote a win/win relationship between the builder, broker agent and local Realtor® owned multiple listing service (MLS). Typically, a builder will budget 5% - 10% of construction expenses toward marketing and/or agent fees. Our Builder Advantage program streamlines the brokerage relationship allowing the builder to shave 2.5% to 7.5% off of those costs. The unique relationship between our brokerage, associate partners and builder clients, allows you as a builder to gain real estate marketing support without applying those costs against your profit margin.
